The gas crepe machine CSG 400 is fitted out with an enamelled cast-iron plate (Ø400 mm). Ideal equipment for delicious, moist, golden pancakes, buckwheat cakes, Indian tempura, Indonesian chapatti, blini and more. Also popular in Asian cuisine to prepare Peking duck.
High power and homogeneous transfer of temperature on the whole cooking surface thanks to a star-shaped burner with 8 arms and to the plate fitted out with sprockets underneath the plate.
