This appliance is equipped with a powerful independent refrigeration system with a compressor. Inner bowl is AISI 304 stainless steel.
It makes ice-cream for 10/12 people (1000 g 1.1 qts) in 30-35 minutes.
Preparations can be obtained either in the fixed stainless steel bowl or in the removable aluminum bowl.
The use of the removable bowl allows preparation of different flavored batches in a short time.
Maximum level of reliability. When the lid is removed, the paddle stops automatically.
